Q. I do not remember my bib number, can I still view my Running Shots?
A. Yes you might! Simply visit our "View & Order Shots" section, select your event from the pulldown menu and, once on the login page for that event, click the "Miscellaneous" link where you may find your Running Shots.

Q. I saw my picture on the miscellaneous section for an event I ran but I do not want the photograph(s) on the internet. Can I request it be deleted?
A. Yes, absolutely! If you are uncomfortable with your picture being posted online, simply email us the Running Shots # for any image you need removed and we will promptly get to it and delete it from the web as well as our database.

Q. Can you tweak my picture and take out other runners from my Running shot?
A. Yes! For an additional post-production fee, almost anything is possible!

Q. I have an event coming up but do not see it listed on your website, how do I get you involved?
A. We invite you to forward any information you have so we can inquire with the organizers of the event and possibly provide Running Shots services or, have the organizers contact us by phone or email.

Q. Can I duplicate the photograph(s) I purchased from Running Shots?
A. Of course! It's your picture, you can do whatever you want with it!

Q. Do you provide digital negatives with prints?
A. Not at this time however, we do offer digital Running Shots by email or provide optional CD's for those looking to make use of digitalization.
