 
| In my attempt to capture the true essence of Florida, I realized if I was going to showcase it's actual population I would have to feature it's birds. One of my personal favorites is among the most numerous kind of Florida birds, the Great Egret otherwise know as white crane. The time of day mixed with position of the sun resulted in a white crane that's debatably not white. Another typical sunshine state bird is the brown Pelican. This one seemed convincingly intrigued before aggressively snapping at me. This was definitely a close encounter of the Pelican kind. |
